Principal Photography Completed on 'The Pretender'

ANNOUNCEMENT

Yesterday (Saturday 25th April 2026), principal photography on 'The Pretender' was completed. From April 14th Anthony-Hamilton Productions in collaboration with OGK Pictures visited multiple locations across the English midlands to conduct principal photography for their upcoming historical film; 'The Pretender.'

Shooting locations included; Stafford Castle, Rue Hill Campsite, St. Wyston's Church amongst others. Additionally, the production centred on the weekend of Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th April, bringing over 150 people together including cast, crew, and extensive extra's from the War of the Roses Federation, in order to film a key sequence for the film.

As the film now enters post-production, 'The Pretender' remains on course for completion; end of summer 2026 meeting its goal for a festival cycle beginning in fall 2026.
